Arjun & Associates paved the path for the come back of Vaastu Based Homes in Kerala

• Mr. B Arjunan, Basically a mechanical engineer,was a Gov Employee who work for 16 years in KSRTC Department; During this time B Arjunan took civil engineering through a part time course.


• Fate brought him face to face with "Vaastu Sastra" through a coincidence and he took long leave from the KSRTC department to be a full time vaastu based architect .


• 1995 B Arjunan started his Career in Engineering field by creating the models of Houses & Building design.


• Thus fascinated by this science of codified calculation in designing and construction of building and role of nature in construction, In 1996 he took a diploma in "Traditional Architecture" as the first batch from "Kerala State Nirmithi Kendra" under the ingenious guidance of renowned Aacharyas in his field like Kannipayoor Krishnan Namboothiripadu, Kesavanachari, Karuva Vasudevanachari etc.


• During his research period, he published a report on 'Vadasserry Amma Veedu' in Kerala.


• He also took part in International Seminar on Mayonic Science and Technology in 1997 organized by Sri. Ganapathi Stapthi, founder and director of Vaastu Vedic Research Foundation, Madras.


• Mr. Arjunan himself is continuing an informal research for the past few years by studying in detail the design, construction, and architecture of ancient temples,Palaces and manas.


• Mr. B Arjunan's residential building completed in 1996 based on prevailing Constructional practises.


• It was Arjun & Associates paved the path for the come back of Vaastu based homes in Kerala,which lead to a revolution in the normal Constructional Methods and Designs . In 1997 – 98 Arjun & Associates finished a home for a leading Doctor in Trivandrum ,Ulloor – The contruction was completely based on Vaastu , which having the signature features like of Arjun Associaties like Wood Paneling ,Main door, Arch Design , Cornic Work ,Mukhapu , etc


• In 1999 Arjun & Associates Completed a Nalukettu house at Ernakulam -A Complete Vaastu Based Home which have special design features like ’kuthirakaal’,’Cornice Works for Pillars .


• Arjun & Associates new office inaugurated in 2000 at PMG Junction by the Honourable Speaker of that time Mr M. Vijayakumar .


• Foreigners and researchers started visiting the office to study and know more about the Vaastu Sastra and its importance in modern Constructions.


• 2001 PuriShankaracharya Adhokshajananda visited Arjun & Associates Office.


• Mr.B.Arjunan got the opportunity to renovate the Padmanabhaswamy temples south entrance on 2002 and successfully completed the work on 2003.


• In 2003 Surya TV Started airing the program called 'Ente Veedu' with Arjun & Associates client testimonials;Followed by this Arjun & Associates shared the experience and expertise in Vaastu based construction through Asianet-Dream Home,Doordardhan – "Veedu" and Kairali TV – "Vaastu"


• In 2003 itself Arjun & Associates moved to its own New Office at located:
Viswam Tower, Adarsh Nagar, Thekkummoodu, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram - 4, Kerala – South India.

• The new office at Viswam Tower was inaugurated by the Rani Lakshmi Gowri Bhai Thampuratty.


• It was in 2003 itself Sree K Karunakaran ,the honuorable EX Chief Minister of Kerala and veteran Congress leader visited Arjun & Associates new office.


• In 2005 Arjun & Associates took the undertake to construct the Lord SIVA Temple at Pattom Palace and successfully completed the holy Construction.


• Another great milestone was the successful completion of Renovation of "Aruvipuram Temple" and its new entrance gate in 2006.


• In 2007 Arjun & Associates worked for the 'Samrakshana mandiram'Chempazhnathy Gurukulam and Constructed the Ananthasayanam Kalyanamandapam and Oottupura near south entrance of sri Padmanabha Swami Temple.


• Mr.B Arjunan got the Saswathikananda Trust Award in 2008 and Nehru Award in 2009.
  
  
• Arjun & Associates started its new venture called "Arjun vaastu Builders and Engineers" as its sister concern in 2009.


• In 2009 itself Arjun & Associates started construction in Dubai for the project of Shekh Mohammed Ali.
